| Israeli violence against Palestinians and their property has been a daily occurrence since the beginning of the Intifada. Above, Hashem El-Haj Yousef (46) in the Najar Hospital in Rafah, after he has been shot by Israeli snipers while tanks were demolishing some houses in his area near the border with Egypt.
